Description

This is a newly designed machine based on domestic and abroad advanced technology which combined Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and optical together.

• It adopts PLC automatic control and touch screen operating system with speed adjusting by inverter.
• Detection and Rejection of cartons which gets no object fed or leaflet fed.
• Servo motor feeding system is apply to feed different styles of blister plate.

Application

The machine is suitable for packaging different objects with automatic leaflet inserting, carton opening, object cartoning, batch number embossing and carton sealing, such as ALU-PVC blister plate, bottles, cosmetics, playing cards, electronics and daily use hardware, etc.

The machine can work isolated or connecting to other packaging machines as a production line.
