For small problems, we can take the video and pictures to guide you how to adjust and fix the machine. We have professional after service team which could help you to resolve the problem within 24 hours.

• Loading inform(loading port, destination port, shipping date, CBM, weight, etc.)
• Video for debugging after sent products.

TEST AND TRAINING

If customer requires our technician to adjusting the machine and train technician at arrival place, we will send technician there. All our expenses including round-trip air ticket to the nearest airport, local conveyance to your factory, Lodging& Boarding expenses shall be payable by you. In case the stay of our technician, the service charges @US $ 100 per day will be charged extra.
