Description

• Enter the pulling length in the touch-screen based on your plate size. Pulling length can be adjusted .Step motor is adopted on the machine for precise controlling the pulling length and saving material.

• when it working, the machine heats the packing material (PVC) through heated board and forms by compressed air frothing. The machine also can use cool forming moulds to make the composite aluminum foil formed.
• Adopt the interface of human-machine and PLC control system. Speed can be controlled by inverter.
• Mold and feeder can be designed according to your requirement.
• The machine gets the function for easy cutting line embossing, batch number embossing and wasted packaging material rewinding.
• The heating molds of the packing machine will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the packing material from the heated mold.

Perfomance and Characteristic

The machine combine with two functions, it can be used as Aluminum Aluminum blister packing machine and Aluminum plastic blister packing machine by changing moulds.

Performance as Aluminum Aluminum blister packing machine

1. The machine uses a special cold forming mould to make Aluminum foil formed.
2. The machine is controlled by PLC,which make it has accurately operation and simple construction. The travel scope can be adjusted from 30 to 150mm which expand application range of the machine.
3. Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Blanking frequency is 15-30times/min.
4. Mould and feeder can be designed according to customer ‘s request.

      5.gets the function for easy cutting line embossing, batch number embossing and wasted packaging material rewinding.

    6.The heating molds of the packing machine will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the packing material from the heated mold.
