Introduction:

NJP new condition capsule filling machine comes with touching screen, PLC programming controller, which can appear the capacity of per minutes, total output, dynamic empty capsules and medicine powder condition, alarm for capsule lacking, and automatically stop for lacking of medicine power, breakdown diagnosing display.

Performance and characteristics:

1. This machine adopts multi-bore dosing, batch-type rotating and speed frequency controlling.
2. It include whole capsule filling process: capsule sowing, separating, filling, un-detached capsule rejecting, closing, filled capsule outputting.
3. Shelter are fixed around the dose pan which can recycle the power ,reduce the dust on the working bench
4. Newly designed structure: the closed ten position rotating pad comes with high precision, low noise which is suitable for different quality of capsules. Both powder and pellet filling.
5. The turning-around parts are in full closure, have excellent lubricating conditions.
6. This machine equipped with dust collect for recycling and saving raw material. All contact parts are made by high quality stainless steel which meets GMP standard.
