This machine is suitable for pack capsules and tablets which request high packaging standard to protect its quality and extend expiration date. This machine combined with two function:aluminum foil cold forming blister and PVC thermal forming blister. The two functions transform by changing modules.

Descriotion

Main motor adopts inverter speed controlling system.

It adopts newly designed double hopper feeding system with high precision optical control for automatic

and high efficiency feeding. It is suitable for different blister plate and irregular shape objects.(the feeder be designed according to client’s specific packaging object.)

Adopting independent guiding track. The moulds are fixed by trapezoid style with easier removing and adjusting.

The machine will stop automatically once the materials are finished. Also it has installed emergency stop to keep safety when the workers run the machine.

Organic glass cover is optional.
