This Chocolate Flat Plate Blister Packing Machine wasnewly designed and it is suitable for kinds of products packaging and it is easy to operate. The machine is suitable for aluminum foil(PTP), PVC or paper PVC blister packaging.

It is equipped with a touch screen control system and frequency converter, with characterized by higher automation and easy operation.

Performance and characteristics:

• The machine is controlled by PLC,which make it has accurately operation and simple construction. The larger forming area and depth is suitable for more items which expand application range of the machine.
• The machine use heating board to make PVC’s temperature up tp 100℃ and use compressed air to make PVC formed.
• The heating molds of the packing machine will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the packing material from the heated mold.
• Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Blanking frequency is 45 times/min at max.
• the machine gets the function for easy cutting line embossing, batch number embossing and wasted packaging material rewinding.
• Different feeder type as per different products.We can design mold and feeder according to customer’s requirement.
