Performance and characteristic
This machine controlled by PLC and man-machine interface operation. It meets packing requirement of small round bottle as ampoule for automatic printing, tray forming, feeding and cutting. It is featured by compact construction and convenient operation.
The length of the tray can be input in touch screen. Molds are located in positioning slot, and it is convenient to change the molds. The blisters are formed by air blowing which is controlled by encoder.
Frequency converter for speed controlling.
Step motor pulling system for saving packaging material and easier adjusting.
