This machine is suitable for pack capsules and tablets which request high packaging standard to protect its quality and extend expiration date. This machine combined with two function:aluminum foil cold forming blister and PVC thermal forming blister. The two functions transform by changing modules.

Description

Performance as Aluminum Aluminum blister packing machine

The machine adopt a special cold forming module to make Aluminum foil formed.
The machine is controlled by PLC,which make it has accurately operation and simple construction. The travel scope can be adjusted from 10 to 160mm which expand application range of the machine.
Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Blanking frequency is 10-30times/min.
Mould and feeder can be designed according to customer ‘s request.
the machine gets the function for easy cutting line embossing, batch number embossing and wasted packaging material rewinding.
The heating molds of the packing machine will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the packing material from the heated mold.

The machine use heating board to make PVC’s temperature up to 100℃ and use compressed air to make PVC formed.
The machine is controlled by PLC,which make it has accurately operation and simple construction. The travel scope can be adjusted from 10 to 160mm which expand application range of the machine.
